The fourth annual Miss and Master Woodruff Pageant was held on Aug. 29 in the city hall auditorium. The current Miss Woodruff 2020 Charlize Simmons and Miss Tyger River Teen Riley Belk opened the pageant and Woodruff’s Mayor Kenneth Gist said the opening prayer.
This year’s recipient of the money raised from People’s Choice is Lisa Satterfield Knight who is currently battling stage 4 breast cancer.
On Halloween, director Stephanie Neale is hosting the Miss & Master Bootiful Beauties pageant where contestants can wear costumes if they choose to.
