Woodruff’s beloved breakfast spot, Friends Café, faced some setbacks when the building owner of their former location sold the property. However, thanks to the kindness and support of a fellow local business owner, Ben Harrison, Friends Café has found a new home at Tap Three.
Harrison, who is the owner of Tap Three, had always been a big fan of Friends Café and was saddened to see them go. So, he reached out to them with a proposal to make Tap Three the new home for Friends Café. Harrison’s goal was to maintain the same high-quality food and service that Friends Café had been providing for many years. He even created a breakfast menu called ‘Friends Again’ to pay homage to the café’s legacy.
Since March 14, Nicole, Tasha, and Cali have been serving up their signature breakfast dishes at Tap Three from Tuesday to Saturday, between 6 am and 11 am. The breakfast menu includes a wide range of options, from eggs and gravy biscuits to omelets and breakfast sandwiches, and much more.
Tap Three continues to offer its non-breakfast menu from 4pm-9pm Tuesday and Wednesday, Thursday 4pm-10pm, Friday and Saturday 12pm-10pm. The restaurant provides an array of delicious options for lunch and dinner, making it a perfect spot for any time of day. For a complete listing of live entertainment events at Tap Three, LLC, make sure to visit their Facebook page.
Woodruff’s community is thrilled to see Friends Café back in business, and the partnership between Friends Café and Tap Three shows the power of local businesses supporting one another.
