Spartanburg SC – SpartansFirst and Woodruff Times announce the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Candidates Town Hall meeting to be held at The Woodruff Auditorium from 6-8pm on Tuesday,
July 22, 2025.
The role of sheriff in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, is not just a job — it’s a solemn trust placed by the people in a leader who must protect lives, uphold the law, and represent integrity in every action. Electing a sheriff is one of the most powerful decisions voters make, because this individual directly shapes public safety, justice, and community trust across the entire county .
Woodruff Times and SpartansFirst are presenting the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Town Hall in order to give the citizens of Spartanburg County an opportunity to learn about all of the candidates running for this county wide office. We hope this enables the citizens to make an informed decision as the early voting gets started leading up to the election day on August 5. Tickets for the event go on sale today and the event will be broadcast livestream from the Facebook page of The Woodruff Times and SpartansFirst, and from the LinkedIn page on SpartansFirst.
