CROSS ANCHOR, S.C. — A fatal house fire early Saturday morning on July 26 at 1100 Grace Chapel Road claimed the lives of Alma Jeanne Hughes, 87, and Randy Wilson, 63. The Trinity Fire Department arrived swiftly and contained the blaze to one room.
Both victims were found deceased inside. The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office and Sheriff’s Office are investigating. No signs of arson were found. Autopsies were completed Monday.
