Unsolved, But Not Unseen

Fifteen-year-old Raheim Taree Kelly was shot and killed in his Bethel Street home in Spartanburg in the early morning hours of June 27, 2025.

Raheim was inside his home when bullets struck the house multiple times. Officers arrived to find a trail of blood leading to the victim with a gunshot wound on the second floor of the home. He was rushed to Spartanburg Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

Witnesses reported seeing two people fleeing toward Promised Land Drive and Kensington Drive.
Rahiem, who loved football and basketball, would have been a sophomore at Dorman High School this school year. Please help bring justice for Raheim and provide closure for his family. If you know something, say something.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s help. Anyone with information is urged to call Investigator C. Ryant at (864) 594-7266 or Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC (274-6372). (Reference: C25060805) Tips leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the 15-year-old’s death are eligible for a $5000 reward, according to officials.
