Steady leadership will continue to guide the City of Woodruff as the community experiences new growth and direction. In the November municipal election, voters reaffirmed their confidence in current leadership, reelecting three incumbents to the Woodruff City Council.
Toni V. Sloan will continue to serve as the representative for Ward 2, while Alen Durham secured reelection in Ward 4. Jeff Wood will also return to his seat representing Ward 6. Each incumbent’s victory reflects the community’s trust in their ongoing commitment to progress, transparency, and the well-being of Woodruff’s residents.
Under their leadership, the city has experienced significant residential and economic growth, while maintaining its small-town character and strong sense of community. As Woodruff looks ahead to continued development and investment opportunities, city leaders are expected to remain focused on infrastructure improvements, responsible planning, and enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
The reelection of Sloan, Durham, and Wood signals that Woodruff citizens are confident in the current council’s direction and steady hand in managing the city’s promising future.
