Spartanburg County School District 4 shared a heartfelt message on its official Facebook page following the tragic passing of Woodruff Primary School student Caius Blakley on Saturday afternoon. The district expressed deep grief and extended support to the entire school community as they mourn this loss.
Statement from Spartanburg County School District 4:
“The Spartanburg District 4 family is heartbroken by the loss of a precious Woodruff Primary School student, Caius Blakley, who passed away on Saturday afternoon. Our entire school community is deeply saddened by this unimaginable loss.
Special counseling services will be available throughout the week for any student or staff who needs support. Our hearts go out to Caius’s family and loved ones. We ask that you keep them and the WPS school family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
Caius will be remembered as a bright, curious, and kind-hearted child who brought joy and love to our school. He will be missed tremendously.”
