On Monday, February 16, Stone Soup Storytelling and The Woodruff Times co-hosted the February Tasting for the Recipe Challenge. Featured were Chocolates and Dishes for a Sweetheart Supper. The buffet tables were filled for the feast.
The Entre winners were: 1st Place Dark Sweet Cherry BBQ Beef Hash, 2nd place Marry Me Chicken, and Honorable Mention to a Whole Baked Salmon.

Heart-shaped garlic bread overwhelmingly stole the Side Category. Desserts were neck and neck in the voting, with Tiramisu coming out on top, Strawberry Salad taking 2nd, and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries and Raspberry Cream Pie sharing Honorable mention.

“He that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.” (Proverbs 15:15, KJV) Join us on March 16th, 6 PM at THE MUSE when merry hearts will celebrate St. Patrick’s with Irish-inspired dishes and green surprises.
