I used instant pudding with boxed cake recipes and pistachio flavor in Watergate salad, but never butterscotch before now. How does this sound?
Fruity Peanut Surprise
2 cups red apples, rough chopped
1⁄2 cup crushed pineapple with juice
1 box instant butterscotch pudding
1⁄2 cup dry roasted peanuts
8 ounces Cool Whip
