The City of Woodruff will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 5:25 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 231 East Hayne Street. The hearing will address proposed annexation and zoning requests for multiple properties.
One request involves two parcels totaling 53.23 acres on Miller Road, identified as Spartanburg County Tax Map numbers 4-41-00-069.00 and 4-41-00-069.04. A second request includes a 205.17-acre parcel on Highway 221, identified as Tax Map number 4-41-00-067.00.
All properties are currently unzoned in unincorporated Spartanburg County and are proposed to be zoned R-2, Single Family Residential.
