By purchasing this subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Billing & Renewal
This subscription is billed at $38.75 every 3 months and will automatically renew at the same rate unless canceled prior to the next billing date. You authorize The Woodruff Times to charge your payment method on file for each renewal term.
Delivery & Address Responsibility
Print editions are delivered via mail to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your mailing address is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or postal service issues.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated cancellations for any unused portion of the subscription term, including missed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.
Service Availability
While we strive for consistent weekly delivery, The Woodruff Times does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery timing may vary due to postal delays, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Limitation of Liability / Business Interruption
