The Woodruff Youth Recreation Association’s (WYRA) began Spring 2020 youth baseball and softball online registration on January 1. Three in-house registration dates are scheduled for February.
In-house registration will be held at the concession area of the WYRA ballfields located at 690 W. Georgia Road in Woodruff on these days:
- Saturday, February 1 – 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon)
- Saturday, February 8 – 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon)
- Saturday, February 15 – 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon)

The registration fee for T-ball up to 8U baseball and 6U and 8U softball is $80. For 10U and 12U baseball and softball, the fee is $85. These fees are in line with previous years and are generally lower than the other leagues in the surrounding areas.
The registration dates will also serve as work days to clean-up the ballfields and site facilities. The WYRA is a non-profit organization that relies on donations and volunteers from the community to maintain the facilities. The helps keep registration costs down.
