Which activities do you think have a greater chance of exposing you to COVID-19 – shopping at the mall or going to the gym? Grocery shopping or eating inside at a restaurant?
By now you probably have some sort of idea of which activities pose a greater risk for COVID-19, but if you’re wondering about anything in particular, check out the chart below.
Texas Medical Association’s (TMA) COVID-19 Task Force and Committee of Infectious Diseases recently created the chart which groups together and ranks activities based on their risk level for COVID-19.
The chart was prepared by physician experts as a guide to help people make smart and educated choices about which activates to pursue during the COVID-19 pandemic. TMA advises that when viewing the chart, you assume that the participants in these activates are following current recommended safety protocols (such as social distancing and wearing a mask).

This chart is also available in Spanish.
