This is a picture of flowers I have growing in my backyard.
They are called Strawflowers. They are known for their RESILIENCY.
They thrive in conditions most other flowers die in….extreme heat and drought.
They even retain their beautiful array of color, AFTER they are cut down.
WHAT IF YOU WERE KNOWN FOR BEING RESILIENT? The Bible talks about being strong and steadfast A LOT.
Life gets tough. We can choose to quit or to keep going.
The book of James tells us that the person who perseveres will receive “the crown of life”.
Let’s be remembered like the strawflower. Beautiful and steadfast. Immovable.
We get to choose how we will be remembered.
